In past 11 years, our mother company JINING TIANNONG MACHINE CO. mainly design and produce all kinds of turn-key production. Our pellet plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle sizes, moisture contents and bulk densities. 

From 2004, we began to constantly develop our machines in order to satisfy the need of bio-fuel energy. Now our MZLH-Series Ring Die Pellet Mill can make the pellets with the Wood Waste, which include Logs, Wood Shavings, Wood Chips, Sawdust and Straw and the other Biomasses without any binders. Our pellet presses with a drive power from 5.5 kw to 320 kw to make different size pellets. We design and calculate wood/straw pellet plants according to the requirement of the customer considering the capacity and the local conditions between 1-26ton/1hour. Till now, we have completed more than 50 sets turn-key projects on wood pellet in China with 1-8ton/hour, and exported complete plants to Hungary, Sweden, Malaysia, UK, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Ukraine and so on. 

Especially we developed the MZLP-Series Flat Die Pellet Press to meet the small scale need on bio-fuel for small farmers and families. The capacity is from 50-1000kg/1hour which can be fixed and mobile.
